Adding Sub Accounts

As a corporate account holder, you can add, remove and update users that are allowed access through your organization. There are 2 ways to do so.

  1. Send out the personalized (and private) link for your account
  2. Import a csv with the names and email addresses of the users you would like to add.

Option 1: Sharing Your Signup URL

Step 1: Go to the ‘Accounts‘ page

Step 2: Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and select the ‘subaccounts’ button

Step 3: Scroll to and then Copy the Signup URL

Step 4: Share the URL with the students you would like to give access.


Option 2: Importing SubAccounts

Step 1: Go to the ‘Accounts‘ page

Step 2: Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and select the ‘subaccounts’ button

Step 3: Scroll to the Bottom of the page and Check the ‘Send NEW members the welcome email if they haven’t received it already for the membership’ box

Import sub-accounts

Step 4: Click the “Choose File” button and select the CSV file containing the sub-accounts you want to import.

NOTE: Sub-Accounts CSV File Format

The only fields needed for the CSV are:

* Username (“username”)   Note: users will use email address for username
* Email (“email”)  
* First name (“first_name”)  
* Last name (“last_name”)
